Go with a cheap tape deck that has pre-amp outputs and a cheap MOSFET 2 channel 150Watt RMS amplifier(look for the RMS power fine-print, NOT peak power) Power the small speakers with your tape deck, and the other BIGGER speakers with the amp. Walmart has all this and will sound good enough for your specs.
