Do you use a POP account?  If so, try Mailwasher.  It's a free program.
It logs onto your POP mailbox and deletes messages it determines are spam,
optionally sending fake bounce messages back.  I recommend configuring it
to use relays.osirusoft.com as a DNS blacklist server.  It's worked great
for me.
