Okay after all else you have done, now go and check the fuse for the passenger side high beam. It's probably blown. If it isn't...swap the bulbs from the low beam on the passenger side to the low beam on the driver side. If the problem follows the bulb, problem solved, you have a bad bulb. If the problem remains (and all the fuses are good) you have eliminated the most common causes. So the next thing to do would be to get a volt/ohm meter and check the voltage at the headlight. Also check continuity to ground. There are a few other things to check, but the symptoms are for a blown fuse. |
