In my camper, you need to remove the two bolts that hold the steel front seat support to the seat frame and four phillips screws that hold the plastic front panel to the floor. The front panel assembly slides forward and comes off exposing the heater housing and the whole underside of the rear seat. The rest of the rear seat stays put.
