I did include you, but may have misunderstood what you meant. Your paragraph below says "bottom quote" which I took to mean the quoted portion goes on the bottom with the new text above it, so I listed you as one of two people in the section "on top, unless the quoted section is very short." If that is wrong, let me know and I will move you to the correct section.
