sir, do you have a westy? or a "Overhead binned foamy belowed '86 GL" ? might help if you described your van as a '86 westy. Anyway, get a rear shoulderbelt from a 90-91 pass van. the stock mouning points are below the headliner covering. ive installed one in a westy before, on the pass side. worked great. chris
