In that case, most of the high-end RV's and some tractor trailers wouldn't pass either since a lot of them have rear-view cameras. They might force you to wire the power through the reverse light circuit so it will only work while backing, which I will gladly do for inspection purposes.:>)

Thats one reason I would like to be able to display my gauges grapically on the LCD, then I could claim that they are an auxiliary gauge package and part of my dashboard. I could always record a dashboard display off of NASCAR 2002 onto tape and play it in the VHS at the inspection station.:>)

Worst case, it's held in place with a wingnut and a 5-pin din connector and takes about 3 seconds to remove and stash.
