Howdy, Upon further investigation, meaning I thoroughly cleaned the suspected areas of leakage and observed the area as the engine heated up, I believe I've found the culprit. There is a manufacturing stamp of some sort on the cylinder head close to the exhaust port and the cylinder head cover. Well, if my eyes aren't deceiving me the coolant is rising though what I would imagine to be a small fissure in the casting of the head at the same location as the manufacturing stamp. The leak is very very small but there still the same. I know that the head will need to be replaced but in the mean time what about JB Weld? And does anybody have a head for sale, the one on the passenger's side. TIA, Paul 85 WWW "el Lobito" Danville, CA |
