Sorry Chris, this is going to sound a bit harsh, but lights in the eyes is something that bothers me for a variety of reasons. Disrespectfulness being near the top of the list. I'm pretty disturbed by how self-centered you are about your lighting. Let's see... you have your standard high/lows, you have super bright driving lights, and you have fog lights. Your high/lows don't piss people off Your fogs don't piss people off Your driving lights DO piss people off.... Which do you use? Regardless of the "psychology" of it, you have at least 160W of light shining at people, and lots of people are frustrated with you because of this. You know this. Are you really getting *that* much more benefit out of using your driving lights (when fog lights will suffice if it is a matter of safety), that you can justify pissing off countless people? If people are getting bothered by this enough to flash their brights, and yes, even threaten you, your choice of lighting might even be a little bit dangerous to others (glare, temprary impared night vision, etc...) I think you've gotten a few hints of the consequence of your lighting choices... it is just up to you to take notice now. -Damon (happy with his cibie upgrade, and yet to blind anyone... even in little teeny cars) JordanVw@AOL.COM wrote: like i said its the psychological aspect of 4 lights in a inline horizontal pattern that makes people think theyre "high beams".. chris '84 Westy
