The simple answer is to buy an ignition switch. They are about $15. Remove the 2 screws that hold the lower cover over the steering column. Unplug the wiring connector from the installed ignition switch and plug it into the new one. Use a screwdriver to turn the new one. The steering will still be locked but everything else will work normally. "J.
