Subject: AHHH!! I'm leaking ATF again!!
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hi guys -

So I just got my tranny and differential repaired, and now I've got some leak going on thats really pretty bad. The mechanic repaired the bearings, the seal btw diff. and tranny, and the tranny clutch plate. The leak looks like its coming from somewhere on top of the final drive, but its ATF fluid. It leaks pretty fast. What is on top of the final drive area that could leak ATF fluid? It comes staight out the hole, wherever it is, as soon as I fill in new fluid. Could it be coming from the base of the filler tube? I tell ya' - I've had this van for over a year now and I haven't even been able to enjoy it yet - every time I go anywhere it breaks down. I'm almost at the end of my rope!

Peace, Marla '87 Westy Van "Morrison"
