I have been offered these sorts of things in the past by European suppliers, but have generally declined because such lenses are not street-legal in the U.S. and I didn't think there would be a huge demand. I could bring some in if there were enough call for them. Vanagon tail lights are not cheap, however, regardless of color - I haven't checked pricing but I'd be shocked if it wasn't at least $100 for a pair (if aftermarket, more for OEM).
