Jim, my man, I've done this myself twice, one time being in a junkyard where they couldn't justify the minimum wage man-hours to pull the parts. All I can say is get the ass-end of that thing up so high that you are afraid to crawl under it. If you want to preserve that purty new coating, try spiral wrapping them with a double layer of brown kraft paper strips.
