I don't believe in ANY STATE you are legally allowed to run with driving lights when other traffic is around!!!!!!!!!! like teh aircraft above 1000ft in populated areas, and 500 in non populated....there are laws there....I don't always aggree with them, but...I don't want to deal with the psycho's with guns that disaggree either...

EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not in fog, not in smog, not whith ham, sam I am....(sorry was reminiscing reading teh books to ex step-kids....)

Check your local laws, but I bet I am right! My Discovery is nicknamed The Light Brigade for reasons that can ve guessed(yes, used to run with about ~1000watts front light power if needed You do NOT want to imagine that...I am now running with the stock lights only with 80/60 bulbs? If I EVER turned on the other lights on the highway I would have been slapped with such a fine here in Kalifornia! the minimum fine is in teh hundreds of i recall...

Now ther is a big box of misc lights in the garage....may go back on between all rovers in the future, but not all at once again.... ....so nowadays? I just run with my hi-beams on...Yeah! an ass-hole in some eyes, but with an airhead vanagon, they are baely better than my old '68 bug...

Duck-n-cover! flame-suit on! ;-) Paul
