Chris,

My advice: Wire the inner 'driving lights' (i.e. auxiliary high beams) to
come on only with the outer high beams. They are spot beams and are not
intended for low beam use. If you have H4 outer lights, then you should
already have excellent low beams. I run 130/90 bulbs in my outers, 100 in
the driving lamps (both properly aimed) and have yet to ever get flashed,
threatened, or scolded. The outers with their flat low beam pattern do not
blind or bother anyone. BTW, the auxiliary lights you see in most factory
setups are not driving lights, but FOG lights. Always makes me wonder why so
many folks think it's foggy out, when they run the lights constantly.
