These are not driving lights.  They aren't aimed anything like driving
lights.  My dad's Explorer has a set of these factory lights, and they're
aimed at the ground about four feet in front of the hood.  Every other car
with "factory driving lights" I've seen is the same way.  They're just
inteded to look cool.
