I think Chris's point is valid. think about it.. Lets say we put the SAME
exact light bulbs and lenses in the driving light position as in the regular
lights, people would STILL think you were blinding them when in fact the
light would falling on the same spot in the road as your regular lights. Its
sort of the "red sportscar" phenomenon. The cop sees a red 911 and assumes
its the speeder when in fact its the Blue Vanagon with subaru motor in the
back ... Biased perception.
