Hi,

My 90 Carat does have an O2 sensor and cat, but no OXYS light. There is a sticker inside the license plate holder panel that says "OBD-II Exempt." I guess we were also exempt from the worthless 60k mile counter light after all. My county does have emissions testing, and they are always surprised at how well it passes. When the results degrade, I'll know when to change the O2 sensor, which may or may not be at another 60k from when I put the last one in. I can also look at the mileage -- I get about 19 now with no ac and mixed driving.
