This thread came up a while back and the best suggestion was to remove the lock ring from the clutch-release fork shaft and slide the entire assembly, starting with the actuation lever, off the clutch-release fork shaft.

I've been doing it this way recently and all I can say is: YES!!!! Some twisting and penetrating oil are needed but it's still lots better than trying to undo those awful bolts.
