We just bought a used dining-room table set (table plus 2 leaves and
6 chairs) and the best option for transporting this stuff home, was the
van.

I mentioned to my wife, as we headed out of the house, that:

        1)  It's winter and -5 degrees C,
        2)  The van's been sitting for 6 weeks &,
        3)  Hasn't been run, at all, since I R&R-ed the carb.

So,  as we were putting on our coats/hats/gloves, and heading out to
the van, she paused at the door, and, while looking at the floor, said:

"You'd better go get your tool kit".

For some reason that struck me as "funny".  I thought to myself:  Now
there's a woman who knows VANAGONs!!!         Malcolm


Postscript:  I took the tool kit, and the van ran perfectly.
