no, it looks like the current T4 eurovan with an updated nose and wheelarches. the vehicle is in pre-production testing, often times they black out parts of the vehicle so as to not draw attention (ie, like those vehicles you see in spy photos are half covered in duct tape and black primer) or crash test vehicles w/ orange caution tape/decals on them which is the reason for whe black primered wheels. chris
