Subject: Temp gauge or heating problem?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

This problem first began with my temp gauge pegged on zero. Then the little red light began flashing maybe 20 times rapidly with about a 30-second gap before the next sequence of flashings began. Eventually, the gauge began to indicate with the flashing steady blinking and reading eventually above the center of the gauge. I checked the coolant level and it is OK. The thing runs fine and there is no indication that it is overheating. The heater works fine. Nothing is dripping underneath. There is no antifreeze smell. This is an 82 Westy with a 1.9 TD. Anyone give me some help on this?
