I bought one of the first batch that was imported from England and I love it. The condensation your friend talked about was from the people in the van, not from the heater. I always crack a couple of windows before retiring for the night, regardless of whether I'm using the heater. This cuts down greatly on condensation.

You will need an aux battery if you want to run the heater overnight. And, unless you insulate all the glass in your van the heater probably won't bring the temperature up to where you can lounge around naked. Depends on the outside temperature of course.

All in all, the Propex heater is the best accessory I've added to my Westfalia.
