Subject: gas cap pressure tester
Content-Type: text/plain

update i guess the smog house that i went to did'nt have the correct gas cap fitting to check my cap, after replacing the cap with a new one it still did'nt pass.

BTW my stock cap looked to be good only the great MTBE gods claimed its life i bet. anyway long story short passed smog and he wavied the cap tester. * so was i leaking harmful fumes in the air? naw not my VW I burn clean, hehe

Doyou think MTBE caused more damage to our cars? Ithink maybe they owe me some money in hiden damage for crappy gas all these years.

Thanks everyone :)

have a good day Joe
