Looks to me like Claus purchased the rig from the municipality, then fixed it up and got it relicensed by the Tuv. But that seems unlikely, since the doka was so rusted. So maybe he moved all the hydraulics and snow plow accessories to another doka. The hydraulic pump would be nice for a log-splitter here in Washington. Believe it or not, but I've seen a snow plow on an air-cooled vanagon (in a book). Harald '90 westy
