Work done within the last 2 months:
   New Alternator
   New Starter
   New Viscous Coupler (an $850 part)
   Rebuilt Driveshaft

Good Stuff:
   Very Good/Clean overall condition.
   Stove/Fridge work great.
   Straight body, no major dents or rust.
   $700 cassette stereo with stereo line in capibility and separate
power amp and 4 high-end speakers.
   Alloy wheels with good tires.
   A/C
   Locking rear differential.
   Snap in window curtains and screen for rear hatch.
   Both inside swivel tables
   Beefy trailer hitch.

Not So Good Stuff:
   Small dents next to each rear tail light.
   Star shaped rock chip on passenger side windshield
   Sink pump is intermittent.
   Paint wear above rear hatch and front passenger side nose.
   Power Steering fluid tank has small leak at one hose fitting.
   Poptop Tent has small wear holes from one of the hinges (they were
taped over and didn't leak).

Other Stuff:
   Cruise Control included but not reattached after engine conversion.
