Ok well it sounds like you have a recipe for disaster there if you are noticing fuel coming out of the exhaust manifold. It also sounds like your sprk plugs are probably really fouled. Remove the plugs disconnect ignition system and crank the engine over. You need to get rid of all that excess fuel in the combustion chambers. After you have done that clean all the gas off of the engine. Then put a new set of plugs in there and attempt to start it with the fuel pump disconnected. this will burn any residual fuel left over from the cranking. after it is all done burning excess fuel then hook the pump up. if it doesnt fire right up then you will have to readjust your fuel mixture. I dont know how much you cranked that allen but anything more than one turn and you have put it way out of adjustment. if thats the case then you will have to crank the allen counterclockwise in order to lean the mixture out until you get a little action.
