My 1.9 fouls the rotor and cap contacts. When I have a miss on acceleration that's where I head first. Also the 1.9 ECU is grounded to the van body via the mounting bracket, so that needs to be a good ground. "Brian T." <nobleman36@YAHOO.COM> wrote:Hi All,

It would appear I'm having some ignition troubles. I am going to attack the obvious this evening when I get home (plugs, cap, rotor, check wires and fuel filter). It it's not one of the above, what would cause my 85 1.9L gas motor to miss/run on three like this?

Thanks, Brian in Salem PS Thanks to everyone helping with the Carat springs. This project is done and what a difference for the better~!
