Volks, Have the stock Heidelberg Stereo (Radio / Cassette Player) in the 90 Syncro. Forgot to turn it off the other day and of course ran the battery down. Charged the battery ... everything is fine with the vehicle ... but the Stereo won't power up. Figured I'd have to re-enter the code ...... but got a blank screen. Dead! Checked the fuse, even checked all fuses .. all ok. There was a cassette in the player when the battery died, in case that makes some strange difference. Any Ideas?
