Install the complete EKTA5 CD ROM to a folder on your hard drive including the hardlock. In Windows XP there is a compatibility mode. This is accessed by right clicking on the EKTA5.EXE on the EKTA5 shortcut in the start menu, select properties from the little menu that pops up, pick the compatibility tab, click the "run this program in compatibility mode for" checkbox and try one of the "compatibility modes" i.e. selecting the platform the program was designed to run on ( Win 95 / 98 / NT etc.). Install the program and is should work OK. Mine runs perfectly on Win95... the only problem being intermittent printing ability. Richard. Tintent 89 |
