There is one more conversion, Ford van with poptop, fridge, sink stove etc. Even microwave(!!!). Company somewhere in No. California. Saw one myself. Expensive! Every van on the road could be converted to camper in Europe. Over there they use very economical TDI engines in most campers. Here small motorhomes use mostly large gas engines not very economical.
