Sean, My dad runs a business in Scottsdale, with one delivery truck. The guy that drives the truck got a photo-radar ticket, but since it was registered in his name, they sent the ticket to my dad, with a photo of the vehicle. He called the court (or the police?) explaining that the photo obviously wasn't him, so they they sent him a form where he could VOLUNTARILY identify the driver. To make a short story shorter, his driver got out of a ticket. The police have to be able to prove it was you driving the car, not just that it was your car that was speeding (ran the light, etc.) At least that's the way it is in Scottsdale. Fight it!
