Maybe, maybe not.  Because of the time/hassle involved in going back and
changing already-completed orders, we don't apply the discount
retroactively; you must request it when you place the order (in the
"comments" section of the website order form, or by phone).  However, if by
chance your order hasn't actually left the building yet, it may still be
possible for Cheri to intercept it before it's processed and add the
discount code.  I'm forwarding her a copy of your email and she'll let you
know.

For general reference, the 5% listmember discount applies to orders of over
$50 plus shipping - excluding sale or "bargain page" items, special-order or
made-to-order items, shipping, gift certificates, and orders to which
another discount or free offer has already been applied.  If ordering via
the website, the order total shown online will not reflect the discount, but
it will be deducted when the order ships as long as you asked for it in the
"comments" section.
