Well said, Robert. And well said, Sean. What I find interesting in most of the other responses is the emphasis on "beating the system", either the courts or the photo-mechanism itself. I live in Silicon Valley - it is a nightmare to drive in, with all the SUV's, Cobra Mustangs, overbuilt pickup trucks, luxury performance cars and all the arrogant me-first people who drive our highways and put the hammer down when they see a yellow light. Everyone trying to beat each other - and "the system" - individually, selfishly. Chris Radcliffe chris_radcliffe@mindspring.com '90 Westy Auto "Blue Whale"

The same response to you as "Fish". I feel I am not guilty and was caught at a yellow light. I didn't try to beat the light, I never try to beat lights. I have a family and a safe driving moral/record. My mother was broadsided by a cop at an intersection last year on Jan 7th (and killed) in Phoenix. Quite honestly... go suck an egg on this issue.
