Subject:      the horror that is the vent window seal whistle

<DIV>For some insane reason I thought&nbsp;I would stop the whislting by removeing the vent window seal and simply placing a new on ein there.&nbsp; Well after 2 hours of swearing and darkness near, I had to resign myself to driving without a window much less a seal.&nbsp; I looked in the archives, but only found people in the same situation as I.&nbsp; Any advice on how to get this thing in?&nbsp; Does it help to remove the swivel mechanism in the middle of the vent window (and how do you remove that)?&nbsp; Do you need to remove the whole window frame?</DIV>
