dave... just bought a 2003 passat with that same engine in it... it's a
beauty.  quiet as can be with power to spare.  don't know how well it would
do in my syncro with all that weight, but it would have to be better than
the wbx.  I don't need it, my wbx is still functioning nicely with only 64K,
but I am curious to hear who buys it and how hard it is to put one in a
vanagon.
