Hello from Atlanta, Ga.  One of our '81 air cooleds is very hard to start.  I  turned the key to "start", and then manually moved the AFM sweep arm to see if the fuel pump turned on---it does NOT click on and cycle fuel through the injector loop as it does in the good running '81.  Pray tell, what gives?  Is the problem my dual relay?  Thanks all in advance for your help.
