Volks,

Google has just launched a beta of a new service called "Froogle". According to them "Froogle is a new service from Google that makes it easy to find information about products for sale online. By focusing entirely on product search, Froogle applies the power of Google's search technology to a very specific task: locating stores that sell the item you want to find and pointing you directly to the place where you can make a purchase."

OK! Let's give it a try! Check out what comes up ichi-ban!

Overall, a little disappointing (for me), though I'm sure GoWesty is happy (sponsored link). On the other hand, some of these listings are pretty interesting. For instance, I'm happy to see there's a vendor called http://www.vwdieselparts.com , for us Diesel fans. I hadn't heard of it before.
