Hot wire it.

There is a temp sensitive switch under the fuel injection air box near the cold start valve. When that goes bad the cold start injector will not fire. It is a simple switch that interrupts the 12 volts. Bypass that and add a switch and you are in business again.

A "fancy circuit" would be one that gave you a push button switch on the dash. When the engine is cold hold the button down while you start the engine. Don't do it when the engine is warm or you could flood it.

Your brain and finger would be doing the same thing as that temp switch. Don't foget to tell the wife or girlfriend how to work it though so they don't get stranded when they borrow the van.

I prefer just to make the OEM parts work as designed. Keeps it simple so there isn't a procedure every time my vehicle starts.
