After you've thrown it away and then you can't get new vehicle registration for your Van dial 1-800-POR-SUKR. That is how they collect parking tickets in some Texas counties. They also bust nonpaying child support x husbands. They also bust parole or probation violators. They just get pretty organized once in a while and bust somebody with outstanding warrants of any type. The States, Cities, Counties are now allowing their computers to have on-line conversations and share information when you have an occasion to do business with any Government office. I'd say it is worth somewhere around $200.00 once every five years to have peace in my life. Weigh it for yourself and see if its cheaper where you live.
