Subject: Tom Forhams's Holiday VW party
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Many thanks to Tom and family for welcoming us to the Bus Fest as first-timers....We met many fine folks and came away with more ideas to keep us going in the garage thru the winter.

Here's the link to some pics I took yesterday at Tom's 7th(?) annual Bus Fest...sorry there aren't more shots...ran out of daylight and lingered inside around the goodie table too long!

For those of you who saw the Montgomery Co. Police issuing me a citation for blocking a neighbors driveway with my Westy (d'oh!)...he asked me what was going on with all the busses and I told him that we were some VW enthusiasts meeting for a holiday party..he remarked that HE has a vintage VW and, (despite my snide remark about "no trip to the DC are would be complete without a parking ticket of some sort")...I told him to go get his ride and come party! He actually let me off! Must have been in the holiday spirit.

Anyway..please add your comments to the pics on the site, as I was unable to remember who owns which van.
