I suspect this would just encourage people to jump out on the green.  It would be a boon to
street racers, though.  Maybe we should just go all the way and use the countdown trees -- just
like at the drag strip.  I'm sorry, but I see no advantage to knowing that the light is going
to turn green in a few seconds.
