That is exactly what i meant when i said:
"Most red light drivers are just too ignorant or drunk to pay attention to cameras.
It's those of us who expect certain time yellow light will stay that get cought in this mess."
Can't talk about New York, it's their culture or lack of it.
But driving is extension of our life and it's more and more "hurry up" at work,
when shopping and driving where people gain seconds but kill or loose lifes for nothing.
