TOASTY!!! I just got the thermostat replaced! Yeah, I know, could'a done it myself, but who's got the time? Anyhoo, after reading many discussions talking about the temp. needle being over the LED and seeing as mine never, well, almost never, came off the white line in cold weather, I figured the thermostat was stuck open. Sure enough, it was. The engine now warms up in about five minutes but, more important, so does the interior!!! I'm having to actually turn the heat down now! I figure my engine will be a whole lot happier being able to actually come up to operating temperature for a change . . .

I also had them check all the hoses and clean the grounds while they were doing this job and I have very little faith that they did a thorough job of that. I did this for the idle problem Toasty was having. More on that in a separate thread...
