Let's see: ignition switch ecu relay fuel pump relay fuel pump ECU hall unit wiring to/from any of the above temp II sender wiring Did you hear the fuel pump run for a couple seconds each time the key was turned on? If so, that points to the hall sender, ECU, or temp II as the problem. You need a voltmeter to chase this down. Check for +12 at both of these locations. The connection on the ignition coil where the black wires connect, whenever the key is on. The threaded stud inside the black box on the left front edge of the engine compartment, at all times. +12 must appear at these places and times or the ECU and fuel pump will never energize.
