Subject: 1991 Vanagon Electrical Problem
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I was driving down the road the other day and my both headlights and my windshield wipers quit working at the same time. I pulled over and checked the fuses, all were good. I had to hold the high beam switch forward to keep them on (the lever wouldn't stay forward by its self) so I could see to get home. Halfway home both started working again , and then turned off again 5 mins later and won't come back on again. Someone said it might be a bad relay or something like that. Any ideas? First my head gasket, then this! Does it ever end! I still love my VW though!!
