Good advice. My '71 caught fire when the fuel line from pump to carb failed. Engine stalled going down a mtn, and was just coasting along. Pulled over when passing cars made alarmed gestures. put out the fire real easily with a cheap fire extinguisher. Not a big deal. Had to kludge a few burned wires, clean the points, and on our way.
