Let me know what you find out, my 85' idles high like that after going on the highway or on long drives. Once shut off and re-started it likes to idle normal until the accelerator is touched also........very strange......

has been gone over quite a bit, this one has me stumped. Hopefully someone
will have had the same symptoms and he can save me untold hours of chasing my
own tail.
