It's also a proxy auction, though, which means if a "sniper" outbid you then they were willing to pay more than your max *anyway*. I don't see the problem. ---------------------- Clip ---------------------- I seem to collect a lot of lurkers that offer to buy after the auction. I think its against the rules but with 2,000,000 items how would they enforce it? I check lots of prices against current prices on New or Used items and unless I get at going,going, gone at a good price I lay back and wait for another of the same to come up at a decent offering. I picked up a super computer for $200.00 the other day and buying the parts in a box would have cost over $600.00 .......... guess it just sounded too good to be true and the guy had 400 items listed. Any body want two 333 and one 500 computer bare bones for $100.00 each ? Bare bones means the boards in the cases add your own video, sound, memory and drives.
