Howard,
KEP doesn't make an adapter plate for the 5 cylinder Audi motors.  As far as
I know there isn't anyone who makes an adapter plate for this motor.

Also, the 2.2L "MC" motor has an external timing sensor that uses the Audi
flywheel's timing marks for references.  This is why you can't use this
engine with the South African bell housing and flywheel as there is no
provision for the timing sensor.  The only thing that you can do with these
motors is backdate the injection system to the 2.1L system of the early 80s
so you could use it with the SA parts.

    It took a few days for the car to get here, but its now here and ready
to be parted out, or sold outright. As a reminder it is an excelent running
1986 Audi 5000 CS Turbo 2.2 lt 5 cylinder inter-cooled gas engine. This
engine using a KEP engine adapter will fit in a Vanagon.
    The wheels will also fit a Vanagon, with some slight clearencing
(grinding) of the hub center.
    The car has many usably options that the more mechinical minded could
easyly install. Memeory driver power seat, 10 speaker amplified factory
stereo, with the neat rear speaker block out for headphones, centeral
locking system, doors, trunk, lighted grab handles, etc.
